COVID-19 UPDATE

 

HEY GEMS JUST WANTED TO GIVE AN UPDATE. PLEASE KNOW WE'RE DILIGENTLY WORKING TO MAKE SURE WE FOLLOW GUIDELINES GIVEN. 

 

Unfortunately, some orders shipped after March 1st might be delayed due to COVID-19. Post offices are backed up with packages and logistics are not being updated as frequently as they normally would. Please be patient. You will get your packages. Tracking may not show any updates but we assure you packages will be delivered.

 

WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING ANY MORE ORDERS AS PACKAGES ARE BEING DELIVERED AFTER REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED. WHICH AFFECTS US DIRECTLY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

Our clothing manufacturer is US based and all orders are expected to run business as usual as far as clothing. Our clothing will run according to usual policy.

Unfortunately, our footwear, designer tingz, and select accessories are taking a hit due the pandemic. There has now started to be a delay with our shipment. The post office has since put a cap on weight per week that one company may ship or receive. We weren't informed so a lot of our stock has just been sitting in our warehouses, manufacturer warehouses, post offices, e.t.c 

Nevertheless, we are bringing more of our stock over to the USA to avoid this problem in the future.
